Read the below instructions carefully, before filling up the online application form. You are advised to take a printout of these instructions to refer to the same while filling out the online application form:

1. Application Procedure:
   • Apply Online :Applications can only be submitted through the official BITS Pilani admission website: (www.bitsadmission.com) .
   • Exam Sessions : BITSAT-2026 will be conducted in two sessions:
     1)Session-1: 26th May 2026 to 30th May 2026
     2)Session-2: 22nd June 2026 to 26th June 2026
   • Application Deadline: The last date to apply for Session-1 or both sessions is 18th April 2026.
2. Steps to Submit the Application:
   • Registration:
   • Register to obtain a system-generated unique 8-digit Application Number (User ID) and Password.
   • Use a valid email ID and mobile number that will remain active throughout the admission process.
   • OTPs for validation will be sent to the registered email and mobile number.
   • Important Details:
   • The Application Number and Password will also be sent to the registered email and mobile number. (Overseas candidates will receive these details via email only).
   • Ensure accurate entry of Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Email Address, and Gender, as these details cannot be changed later.
3. Participation Guidelines:
   • Attempts Allowed :Candidates can appear a maximum of two times in BITSAT-2026.
   • Session Selection
     Candidates can register for Session-1 or both sessions while submitting the application.
     If the candidates initially register only for Session-1, they may opt for Session-2 later (application window: 26th May 2026 to 10th June 2026).
   • Score Consideration :For candidates appearing in both sessions, the higher of the two scores will be considered for admission.
4. Fee Structure :
   • The application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Payment Process:
   • Fees can be paid online through PayU Money, PayTM, ICICI, or Razorpay Payment Gateway.
   • Financial details are not stored by BITS servers; refer to the website’s privacy policy with (https://www.bitsadmission.com/Privacy.aspx) for more information.
6. Key Dates:
   • Application Deadline: Submit the online form and fee by 5:00 PM on 17th April 2026.
   • Edit Window: Corrections can be made between 28th April 2026 and 30th April 2026. Note: Certain fields cannot be edited post-registration.
   • Session-2 Application Window: 25th May 2026 to 9th June 2026 (for candidates registering after the initial deadline).
7. Application Submission Guidelines:
   • Submit only one application form; duplicate submissions will be rejected.
   • Ensure all entries are accurate before submission.
   • After submission, take a printout of the application for future reference.
8. Image Upload Requirements:
   • Photograph:File Format: jpg/jpeg and Size: 50 KB to 100 KB
   • Signature:File Format: jpg/jpeg and Size: 10 KB to 100 KB
9. Additional Information:
   • Any changes in dates or other important announcements will be communicated on the official website.
   • Use the provided navigation links during the online process and avoid using the browser’s back button.
   • Always log out and close the browser after completing the application to safeguard personal details.
