BVP offers admission on the basis of various National and University-Based entrance tests followed by university-level counselling. Application form for all the courses can be filled online by visiting the official website of BVP Pune.

  • B.Tech admission is based on CET (Engineering) conducted by the university and MHTCET or JEE Main in the case of remaining seats.
  • NEET UG qualified candidates are eligible to apply for MBBS and BDS programs.
  • For B.Arch program, a valid score in NATA will be considered.
  • MD/ MS and MDS admission is based on a valid score in NEET PG.
  • M.Tech admission required a valid score in GATE followed by counselling.
  • Apart from university-based entrance for M.Pharm program, the candidates with a valid score in GPATis also considered for admission.
  • For MBA and MCA programs, BVP conducts B-MAT and B-CAT entrance tests respectively.
  • For other UG and PG courses offered by the university, the candidates have to appear in separate entrance tests followed by counselling.
  • For Second year B.Tech, MCA (Lateral Entry), B.Pharm Practice (Second Year) admission, candidates are also selected on the basis of a valid score in university-based entrance tests.
  • For M.Phil & Ph.D. courses, the candidates need to qualify for university-level admission test conducted at All India level.
  • CSIR NET/ UGC NET/ SLET/ GATE or DBT qualified candidates are exempted from M.Phil/ Ph.D. Admission Test.
  • 15% and 30% seats in all courses are reserved for NRIs/ PIOs and Female candidates respectively.

BVP CET 2023 Application Form

Candidates can check the BVP CET 2023 application form details below:

  • The application form is available through online mode only.
  • The BVP CET 2023 application form has been released from 23rd January 2023.
  • The last date to submit the application form will be till 30th March 2023 for BMAT and 1st June 2023 for B.Tech.
  • Candidates need to fill the details entering their name, mobile number, email ID, DOB, etc.
  • While filling application form, candidates must upload the latest photograph, signature, and all the required documents at the time of application form filling. 
  • Incomplete or incorrect details in the application form will lead to rejection.
  • Candidates must need to take the printout of the application form for future reference. 

Application Fee:

The application fee for the BVP CET 2023 is as follow:

  • The BVP CET 2023 application fee for different courses is different.
  • Candidates are able to submit the application fee via online mode.
  • The application fee can be paid to the authority through net banking, or debit card/ credit card.

How to Apply for BVP CET 2023

  • Step-1: Visit the website of BVP CET 2023 (Link is given above).
  • Step-2: Click on “Registration” button and enter all the details like name, email id, password, mobile number, etc.
  • Step-3: On submitting the registration details, candidates will receive username and password on email id.
  • Step-4: Candidates need to fill the details on application form like personal details, qualification details.
  • Step-5: Upload the scanned images and signature as per specifications.
  • Step-6: Pay the application fee as per different courses.
  • Step-7: Candidates must check the all the details filled in the application form.
  • Step-8: Take the printout of the application form for future reference.

BVP CET 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates can check the eligibility criteria for different courses given below:

For B.Tech:

  • Nationality: The candidate should be Indian National.
  • Qualifying: Candidates must have pass 12th class from recognized board.
  • Marks: Candidates must obtain at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ ST/ PWD Candidates).
  • Subjects: Candidates must subjects like Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects with one of the subject from Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology. 

For MBA:

  • Qualifying: Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from any recognized university.
  • Marks: Candidates must score at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of SC/ ST candidates) in the qualifying examination.

For MCA:

  • Qualification: Candidates must have pass have bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent degree or
  • Candidates can pass B.Sc./ B.Com/ BA with Mathematics at 12th class or at Graduation level.
  • Marks: Candidates must obtain at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates) in the qualifying examination.

BVP CET 2023 Exam Pattern

Following is the BVP CET exam Pattern given below:

  • Mode: The examination will be conducted through online mode and RPHBT (Report Proctored Home based online test).
  • Type of Questions: The paper will consist of Multiple Type Choice questions.
  • Duration: The duration for all other entrance exams will be 3 hours and Excluding MCA/ MBA entrance exam duration will be 2 hours and 30 minutes.
  • Medium: The language of the examination will be English only. 
  • Total no. of questions: The total number of questions will be 200 in every question paper.
  • Marking scheme: 1 mark will be given to the candidates for every correct answer. There is no such provision of negative marking.
